I was wondering if this was ever going to be built. I LOVE it

BTW, Andy, Ford made 4 or 5 (unsure?) GT40 roadsters back in 1966 for racing. So this isn't unprecidented. I couldn't find a picture of the real car, but I did find some pics of the models you can buy. I have one, and the look without the roof is quite nice. man... i dunno what to think... i think the GT is now tainted... but maybe not, maybe this is cool. I got excited when seeing the title about a GT replacement, but i guess i've accepted that ford doesn't really need a car like that. But i dunno, after seeing that video of the viper and the Z06 and the GT... they can't just drop out of that game, especially not when they're winning! well... if money is no object anyways. I think they shoulda made the Cobra Roadster. Not as sexy as the GR-1, but it woulda caught more attention for ford.

WHAT THE heck!??!?!?! that is the worst idea for a roadster that anyone could have had! and its not just anyone.....ITS FROM FORD!!! the only thing i like about it is the idea of a roadster GT, and the color.....i love orange.....BUT WHAT THE heck?!?!
