Ford CEO contact info

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the CEO of Ford Canada?

I know there are a few people from Ford that come to these forums.

I want to write to Dianne Craig about the terrible service Ford is providing me.
My car destroys itself at no fault of my own and because I am out of warranty they are treating me like I'm SOL and won't do anything about it. This is their product. They can at least point me in the right direction.

It's out of warranty. And warranties do not typically cover a car's 'self destruction'. So while I'm understandably curious as to what the heck happend to the car to reduce it to component parts...

I'm not sure what direction you were wanting to be pointed, if it's out of warranty. Of course they're not going to do anything about it. Except recommend repair/replace/new car, depending.

I found these...

https://corporate.ford.com/contact-us.html

http://www.ford.ca/service/customerSupport/

http://m.ford.ca/en/contactus?mWebId...886f358%3A3bde

The mailing address of Ford Canada is at the bottom of that last one, and you could do it Dianne Craig, c/o Ford Canada, maybe.

Hope that helps, but man, I'm desperately curious to know what 'destruction' is in this case. Good luck!

thank you for the reply and for the info. I appreciate all your help. Really!
I am not expecting them to foot the bill or anything like that. That would be way to generous on their part. I mean why would they help out every shmoe who asks for help.

What I didnt like is the "we can care less about your problem cause you dont have warranty" attitude.

As I mentioned in my thread, the transmission on my car just blew up for no reason after trying to start the car, which was running fine the night before. There is now a hole and one of the piston caps flew right out. This is not normal is it? I could have been killed if the car was in motion.
