Never been to one of these. Is it worth going?
Its for 3 days. Is there enough to see and do for 3 days or does one just go for the day?

 

Carlisle is nice. Lots to see. Lots of vendors.

There is also lots of junk for sale

I usually go up and back on Saturday

I know a lot of people who go for the weekend

Yes, definately worth going to.

Thursday is vendor set up day, but you can walk around and try to scope out any parts you are looking for, and sometimes buy them right then and there, before the show offically starts on Fri.

My usual plan of attack is Friday walk thru the swap meet/vendor area, Sat. do the show field, and Sunday back for a bit in the morning, and be on the road by noon.

 

Plan on going one day either Sat or Sun. Went for the first time last year and had a blast! Very good time!

 

I go every year usually on the Saturday. It's when the most stuff Is going on. Always a great show.

 

I'm thinking of going just for Saturday do you know the cost for getting in the show field for 1 day - car & driver only?

I will be there! This Is a great event. I will most likely do the All day Saturday and finish up on Sunday morning thing before heading home

 

was there for the weekend in 2010 and 2011, its a fun weekend but will only be going on Saturday all day this year hope i can meet many of you!!!

I agree I missed it last year but I made plans with someone else. So I'm gonna be there on Saturday unless it's a total washout! :-)

 

Yea as long as it's not raining horribly I'll be there. Saturday is usually the best day to go. Burnout contest is always a good time.

 

Saturday is supposed to be sunny and 83. Should be a great show

 

Yep gonna try to get there around 9 am. Weather looks great but you never know...
