Mazda is barely selling 20,000 Mazda5s in the USA so I really don't know why even bother with C-Max in the USA.

I don't think many people would buy it.

Kuga as a replacement for the Escape seems likely; C-Max probably not true.

I'd think they'd probably run the current recently refreshed Escape for about 3 years then replace it with the Kuga; the Escape chassis is getting a little old.
