Cool Aussie Falcons

After seeing this on another thread:

.....I did some Falcon Googling and found this stunner. I know it won't come as news to Burningman or Blip, as I saw their responses on another forum (small world!).

Also found this!

We know the next gen Mustang and Falcon are due to share the same platform, so it'd be cool if Ford would produce a new 2 door retro-styled Falcon. The Mustang would/could/should use a slightly shorter platform and the Falcon use the full sized one. Then Ford could also spin a new Torino off the larger platform, too. Something along these lines would be cool!

The Xboss is designed by a friend of mine and chucks named Don Vierstra. He is one seriously talented guy and I can only hope to one day rise to his level of cool!

I remember seeing those drawings a while back somewhere... IMO, a neo-Torino along those lines would make a cool candidate for a NASCAR body instead of the abomination performed on the current Mustang body style.

I love them

I watched a show on Speed about them and I really want one now.

To me it has a 71-73 mustang hood, 68-73 GTO rear quarters, and the Cuda front grille setup.

Wish I could find a Falcon XB here in the states, and have the money to buy it.

Hey Doug, I know Don said the car wouldn't be completed until January 2011, but have there been any more updates since this thread?

Paul I haven't heard much more about the car. I assume it's still cooking as a project.

BTW Love the beast is bloody fantastic!
PureVision does some simply outstanding cars. Heres more on that torino

I remember seeing this build. I completely forgot about it. Definitely a nice car.

Is that an example of Kenne Bell's new InvisiBelt technology?

Good catch! That picture (along with the others) was taken off of the owner's build thread on svtperformance.com. He was switching to a Kenne Bell from the stock Eaton blower.
