I'm glad this will happen, but I'm fearful of the buying demographic. How many people will actually want this thing as a Taurus? I'd rather see a SHO Fusion. Put the AWD and the ecoboost 3.5 into the Fusion and with some massaging you're eating up Mustangs and G8s.

I was an SHO owner, I had an 89, 91 and a 94. It really was a kick in the butt walking away from 5.0 Mustangs in those big 4 doors while the drivers chin hit their laps...

Ford really dropped the ball, left us SHO owners hanging out to dry, they screwed all of their faithful SHO buyers. I wouldn't ever buy another SHO.

I'll stick with V-8 Mustangs, at least I know I can always get parts for them.

As much as I like the idea of that guage cluster...I think it looks a little wierd...kinda like they just cut them into the dash without really integrating them that well...

According to the BON crew they barely got the EB 6 into the Taurus and Mustang engine bays, I seriously doubt they could fit it in the Fusion without one of these:

Turbo 4 would be lighter anyway, better for balance.
