I wonder if you'll be able to retrofit the cooled seats into the 13's

The 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine is projected to produce 132 kW (177 hp) of power at 6,000 rpm and peak torque of 240 N·m (177 lb-ft) from 1,500 to 4,500 rpm.
Not bad at all.

Still disappointed by the lack of HIDs or LED headlamps, but the other changes seem decent. Interested to see the new colors as well. I've also seen those colors mentioned on the Explorer list as well.

I'll be real interested to see what the take rate on the 3-cylinder is.

Let me know when an Egoboost 3.5 V6 SVO version comes out rather than some micro-motor Briggs and Statton 3 banger (I assume with standard bike pedals to make it up hills and bottle of Valium to calm nerves frayed by 3-cylinder shake).

while that would be nice, it's not the future of cars.

I would love to see this engine in a smaller Ford (Fiesta or Focus), but I wouldn't mind having it in a Fusion either. Makes more power than the current 2.5L and almost as much as the 1.6L EcoBoost.

Its cute how you call it an "Egoboost". Calm down with your bad self.

The latest rumors are saying the 1.5 is a 4 cylinder, not a 3 cylinder.

I read somewhere that 2/3 of all Fusions sold are with a 1.6L EcoBoost engine.

Since 1.5L will eventually replace the 1.6L, it should be a big seller for Ford.
