2012 Ford Focus...

First one I've seen at the dealer... Thought I'd share.

My local dealer has a 'demo' Titanium 5-Door (loaded with exception of Handling Package) for 4-5 days and I stopped by to get a feel for the car up close. I couldn't drive it, but did spend time messing around with the car!

No pictures . . . . (Red Candy/Black Leather)

I had some pretty high expectations and thought they may have been a little too high. I wasn't disappointed. Love this car. I'm 6'1 and with the drivers seat in position I jumped into the back and had room. The back isn't as tight as I expected. Nice room in the boot (sorry . . . watching too much UK Top Gear). Car idled very smoothly. Materials may have been a tiny-bit harder than I expected, but realistically speaking they were excellent! Car fit like a glove.

So . . . I'm sold, and will be ordering a Titanium 5-Door later this year. (Wife recently ordered a new Explorer as well. My Mach will be having some new 'family members' soon! LOL!)

We havn't seen ours yet but I can't wait to see em. The 2011 Focus has been selling like hotcakes with all the incentives on them, we are down to our last one a 5-speed SES.

My only gripe is the layout of the center (radio) cluster... But I agree!

I was looking at the 2011 for the incentives... but it doesn't look as good and the interior isn't as pleasing as the new redesign...

Cool, congrats on the Expy and later the Focus. I look forward to PICS

Congrats. What happened (or will happen) to a Fusion?

Wife is trading in her Fusion for Explorer, I'm trading/selling my Explorer for Focus. Trading places . . . in a sense.

Thanks. Explorer is scheduled to be built this week, so it will be few (many ) more weeks before it arrives.

Yeah I don't like the huge verticle vents.

Also, I know most want a corner carver, but I would love to have a FWD 4cyl Ford product at 40ish mpg for my winter car when #901 is garaged.

I run studs all around in the winter and that works fine most all of the time. But up here in the mountains, I HAVE to be able to get some cable chains on the front tires. As it is there just isn't enough clearance.

I'll have to stick with my 4 cyl Chrylser product as my winter grocery getter for that reason.
