Your kidding right? Come on, its a development mule. They won't put the new body on a mule. They are using the old body for testing new frames, engines, transmissions, and etc. If you look closely at the interior pic, the tach only goes to 5,000. Bet that vehicle has the new Diesel in it. Remember when the 1st Mustang mules were spotted. They had the SN-95 bodies on them, but the chassis was the new S-197.

sorry, should have specified, kinda blunt there wasnt i? lol i mean more so in the style, more styling cues on the super-dutys influenced throughout the truck, headlights and grill are an easy start, lets hope ford stay out in front of the truck market, that is their bread and butter after all

They better watch this 3 bar grill thing. I've personally heard more than a few people state they feel it's a cheap look. I'm not in favor of plastering it across the line.

Here are few things we can expect on F-150:
-6 speed auto
-diesel
-6.2L
Although knowing Ford they will probably mess up something.

yeah, that's pretty weird...
It seems like it would be pretty awkward to access that trunk. I'd have to see some press photos that really show it off before i can really judge it, but it seems weird to me right now.

That option is actally available now. Its called a "Midbox". Its a spot in the 8" bed that is totally enclosed, and sealed from the elements. You still get a 6.5' bed, but have tools stored inside and locked. Its a neat idea for the contractors out there who always had to add caps to keep their tools and supplies secure.
