Is there noticeable difference in the 3.8 & 3.9?
That's one of my favorite colors from those years

3.9 has 20 more horsepower
If there's a difference, it's not noticeable. It's probably my favorite of all the Mustang colors.

I love a lot of colors. Dark highland green, satin silver, the other silvers, that orange, there's more just not enough memory on my hard drive to save em all haha

I think it was just '04s. I'm not sure about the second part.

Yep. I got it my senior year of high school, and I just started my fourth semester at college. Driving to college every day puts around 1,000 miles on it a month . I try to keep it nice looking so I can still enter car shows.

Nothing wrong with 1000 miles a month. Before I moved I was putting roughly 100 miles a day 5 days a week

I guess not, but I still cringe watching the miles go up.

the 3.9 and 3.8 are the almost entirely same motor. the only difference was that the stroke was a few millimeters longer. The power output was unchanged. I've heard of people dynoing with 3 more hp than average from time to time, but I'd say the 20hp figure's a bit optimistic

Awesome I love show cars that are actually driven.
Nice work on that ride.

Thanks! Although I enter shows, I wouldn't call it a show car.

Got rid of it for what I have now, but it was my first car so that makes it special to me. It was also zinc yellow (best yellow IMO). But we did a whole bunch of stuff to it. I had the Mach one look going for a while til I had to replace the bumper. But when I replaced it I did it right! Haha. Besides that, chrome Mach 1 wheels, hood stripe, eibach lowering kit, Kenwood subs and amp, wood trim kit, and it did have neon but it sat so low it tore off ( I didn't put it on, it came on the car when we bought it). I think that's all! Had fun with that car.

Mine is unique but then again not because it seems to have most typical mustang mods. Lol
Saleen replicas h&r super sports, honey comb deck lid, blacked out spoiler, blacked out lower rear bumper valance, flowmasters, steeda short shifter, CAI, 3:73 rear end, Sct tuner, Mach 1 chin spoiler. Like everyone else on here, more to come soon.

Hey nothing wrong with those mods. And the reason most of us (not me however) have those mods are they are the best bang for you buck. Every mustang could look completely alike but they will ever be the same.
