Unfortunately they do not haha. Maybe it's time for new coolant hoses and maybe a thermostat housing. It could have gotten those hoses hot enough when you were redlining it for some coolant to leak out past the hose clamps. I had a similar problem on my motorcycle when I bought it. It would cause it to leak coolant and overheat.

Update... Did compression test and everything between 180-185 ( well didn't get to 8 with a hot engine...had tester issues, but that another matter)

Changed plugs and car still runs like ****. The cat idea is a good one, but since there's a tranny issue too, I think I'm out of my league here..will have to have a pro look at it. I'll keep you all updated.

Ok....I'm an idiot. When I put it back together with new plugs... Didn't plug #8 all the way. So.....pretty sure motor issue was a fouled plug caused by a coil that was swimming in coolant. I didn't tear apart the intake yet, will get to it eventually.


Now on to figure out the transmission issue...
