What fluid to run? Heard so many opinions. And correct level and quantity?

You need to run atf. I believe the Ford one is Mercon atf. I don't know the exact amount, I want to say 2-3 pints.

Did check manual. And its 4 quarts but tsb?? Says 3.2 quarts. Says Mobil 1 but others post no synthetic or use GM syncromesh so this is why i ask?? Because I pulled my hair out with all the opinions. Just wanted more I guess.

Use whatever the manual says, you can always check the level when you fill it. I would just use mercon atf. That's what was in it and unless your dealing with some nasty heat issues you don't need anything different.
