i bought my 2004 GT last week and im trying to figure out all the was done to it by the previous owner. i figured out the tri-ax shifter, that was easy. now the problem is with the exhaust. i think it may have a cat back and headers but i cant see the manufactures name on it. does anyone have a picture of a bone stock 1999-2004 GT exhaust system from the headers back? google is not helping me on this one lol

 

Maybe if you take some pictures of the current system some of us might be able to ID the parts based on how they look. This also may help you out.

 

true all i need is a lift now lol. i was hoping to avoid lifting it up.

what does the OEM exhaust manifold look like?

 

This is a 1996 4.6L manifold, IDK how close that it to the 2004's

 

well shes definitely got headers lol. does the 2004 gts come with 1 cat on each side or 2?

 

This is supposed to be a 2004 replacement manifold. IDK how close to OE it is.

definitely dont have those two fellas up at the top... how bout the OE tail pipes?

 

I believe this is pretty close to OE pics of the v6 & GT exhaust systems.

I tried, I still think your best bet is to take a few pics or stop by a dealer an ask a parts person if they can print you out an image of the stock exhaust system.
