I ordered a catback exhaust from brenspeed on the 25th. And it isnt here.. it hasn't even shipped. I have called them 3 times and made email contact. Each time he has said it will ship the next day, the last time I inquired, which was 2days ago, i was told it was shipping tomorrow.. Am i just over reacting? The part wasn't out of stock..

I'd call again. If I order something, I expect to know when it'll be shipping or why it's not.

Did they have it in stock there or is it being shipped from the manufacturer? Sometimes that takes longer.

Just to give an update..
After 6 emails, and 4 phone calls i got the tracking information today, it says it will be here tomorrow, one week after i ordered it. I knew i should have used am, but i saved 50 dollars.. but it took a extra 3-4 days. I know better now! hahah
