I ordered a catback exhaust from brenspeed on the 25th. And it isnt here.. it hasn't even shipped. I have called them 3 times and made email contact. Each time he has said it will ship the next day, the last time I inquired, which was 2days ago, i was told it was shipping tomorrow.. Am i just over reacting? The part wasn't out of stock..

 

I'd call again. If I order something, I expect to know when it'll be shipping or why it's not.

 

^agreed. Next time use American muscle. Can't go wrong.

 

Call and throw a fit. Use this experience as a sign to stick with American muscle.

 

+3. Ordered headers and x-pipe from AM on a Sunday, at my door on Wed.

 

Did they have it in stock there or is it being shipped from the manufacturer? Sometimes that takes longer.

 

Just to give an update..
After 6 emails, and 4 phone calls i got the tracking information today, it says it will be here tomorrow, one week after i ordered it. I knew i should have used am, but i saved 50 dollars.. but it took a extra 3-4 days. I know better now! hahah

 

American muscle is the was to go from PA to NY is 2 days max
