No they are not, if you go to American muscle you can find them for any year.

Well what I'm getting at is I sold some wheels just like that to a guy who had a 98 GT but the wheels were specific to the 05-09 models. I'm pretty sure the back spacing is different. I just hope he doesn't call me back and want $ back :\ already spent it lol

All that's needed is an inch and a half spacer for the rear wheels

Not your problem if they aren't smart enough to realize the offsets are different between body styles.

Ohhh yeah they are year specific in that sense, like they make them for every generation but you have to get the kind of your specific car.
