Roll Bar for 99 Vert

I am looking for advice, I would like to remove my lightbar and install a 4 or 6 point roll bar. I am looking for a vendor that you have ordered from and were satisfied with the quality, fit, shipping and after sale support. Also looking for suggestions on bolt in vs. weld in and removable harness and side bars vs. fixed. thanks in advance.

I dont have one, but you absolutely want a weld in bar. I've seen bolt ins go right through the floor of the car upon a rollover, effectively doing nothing. As for the removable bits, it really depends on what you want the rollbar for. If it's straight racing, you dont want the bits removable, those parts will make the whole thing lose some of it's structural rigidity. If you want a street car that you can cruise in and take people with you, then you need removable parts.

Thanks for the input good advice! I will be using it at Sebring on the full course. I am leaning toward a weld in 4 pt with bolt in door bars and a weld in harness bar. Maximum motorsports has one as well as autoweld in PA. Do you know these names?

Maximum Motorsports is a great name for Mustang parts. Not the cheapest, but for this kind of stuff especially you dont want to go cheap.
