Please help !!!
Have a 95 gt and was looking if over today and heard a ticking I found out what it was it looked like a plug was loose in head. I took off boot and the plug wiggles around in head but does not seem to be lose. I tried to turn it and couldn't. I will be able to look at it more after engine cools down. What could be the problem. I was think the plug is broke. I am a rookie when it cones to mustang 5.0. My DD is a f-150. V6. Any help is greatly appreciated
Ok, first off, I'm guessin' it's a broken plug, in that the ceramic up top has broken off the screw part of the plug. The ticking you hear is likely a spark escaping the plug's ceramic insulation. You need to actually pull the plug out to determine what's going on, but replacement seems imminent and decisive on this. Cheap enough solution, just be sure not to screw up the install.
Now, as to the 5 hour (and now 7 hour) delay... it's the weekend, some (if not all) folks are probably, like me, been doing other things, and haven't come to this site to check in yet. Usually, this forum isn't for immediate assistance, even if we're pretty active. If you need immediate response, you probably need a shop, and not us.
Still, thanks for trustin' us in the first place, and hope that helps ya out!

No problem. Kinda glad I got it right, but not that you got the issue. Still, again, pretty easy fix, just get a plug, gap it, and stick it in with some anti-seize.
'course, at this point, perhaps all 8 are needing replacement... I would. And wires, oil cap, rotor, and perhaps, just perhaps, the ignition module... although it being a '95, I'm not terribly sure if it's got one on the distributor or somewhere else... But definitely plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
