Need help! mystery plugs found!

Need help! mystery plugs found!
Ok long story short I been working on the Mustang some (trying to get things buttoned up) and while I was under the back seat I found two plugs (one under each seat)that I have no clue what they are for, does anyone happen to know what they are for or go to???

Ok thats what I thougfht they might have been for but really wasn't sure if that was the case or if they were for the sound system (saw a Mach1 in the exact same colour style as my current Stang that I almost bought to canablize for a few parts....
