Not looking for anything for drag racing or anything extreme. It's just a DD but I want better handling and traction.
Can't go wrong with any of those choices! I have a mix and match of MM and Steeda chassis/suspension pieces . . . by design.

The Steeda 'Black Friday' sale "made" me buy some parts for the Mach for the first time in 2yrs . . . maybe I can update one of my old threads!

I have the maximum motorsports hd arms. If you go with them you will not be disappointed, they are worth every penny. I have had them on for a few years now with no complaints. great product

It's fun reading through all the old posts seeing what I was thinking back then and what I actually did.

Thanks Arin!

It's come a long ways, but there's still so much I want to do with it. Not sure if I should go all out, or wait a couple years and get something newer.

I know that feel. I'm always wondering about newer cars, especially because so many are fairly fast and really economical. sigh. then again, hwy mpg is through the roof after this SCT tune. I'd highly recommend that next :P

I've had one for over two years. Next is LCAs. Then I really wanna do wheels and gears. Going further I'd get FLSFCs, sway bars, cowl hood, possibly new front end (both need to be repainted anyways).

The only thing about FLSFCs and gears is the install. I've seen some places charging $1000 for installing gears. Wanna get it done right, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Wish I could just do it myself.

Seriously? $1000? There's a shop around here that a friend of mine's sons own (true Mustang guys, grew up around cars, run their dad's Exxon service station as well) that will put gears in an 8.8 for $500, and that includes the FRPP gears.

I should probably be able to find someone to install gears. I just hate having to pay to have something done. I enjoy being able to do it myself.

Installing gears is an art, it takes experience to get it right so you don't have noise and other problems. I can practically rebuild a small block Ford with my eyes closed, but I'll pay someone to install gears.

Finally got some better pics of my new wheels. 18x9/18x10 Black FR500s wrapped in Nitto NT555s. Going to try to take it out this evening and find some more interesting places to take pics. I still wish it was a little lower, but I scrape on my driveway as it is, so it's staying the way it is for now.
