Looking at an 03 Cobra

There is a local dealership with a pair of 03 Cobras. The one I'm most interested in has 49K miles and they want 23K for it. Its in fantastic shape, but that seems a bit high. KBB is only 17, but that seems too low. Can anyone anyone help me as to what I should be aiming to pay/ looking for when I check it out?

The Termi market is on fire right now! For those miles they are going for about $20k... pretty steep in my opinion.

Yea it would seem that way. I've been wanting one for a while and this one has pretty much everything I want. If I could get them to 20K... maybe a 7K trade in on my 05 V6 premium I would be willing to pull the trigger

Are you willing to travel? Before I gave up on getting a Terminator I was thinking about a road trip to VA

They have/had a couple black convertible 03/04's for about $19k.

This amazes me the kind of money that 2003-04 Cobras are commanding. The prices have pretty much remained the same for the last couple years. I remember in late 2004 Ford having to issue rebates to get rid of these because of the 2005 Mustang hysteria!

This may prompt me to sell my 03, It just turned 20k... wonder what I could get for it!

I just sold mine for $22,500. It pisses me off to see people get desperate and give these cars away just to make a sale. SVTP always has a few for sale and some of those guys sell them for really cheap just to get out of them.

That looks really nice but 24K seems a little steep. If you're interested in a few more options the dealer I got my Mach from had a ton of 03/04 Cobra's. They're in Richardson Texas. Not to long of a drive from Houston. Their prices range quite a bit to.

They still list all of the recent Cobra's (and my Mach) they've sold on the site and list as "pending." But it looks like a few haven't sold. It would be best to call first. They also list some stuff on their EBay page, but nothing at the moment.

I say I'd sell you mine with 20k on it without holes drilled into the front bumper for what they are asking. BTW mine is red

Thanks for the link. You're right they have a TON of them! A lot of them are around 100K miles though. The ones in the 50K range are about the same price as the one im looking at here. I will definitely keep this in mind though.Nice Mach btw

Lol yea, i cant believe some drilled into that. I thought I'd use that to knock the price a little. If you weren't so far away I might consider it
