Interior question

As we all know driver side seats wear out much quicker than passenger side seats. I found locally a near mint condition passenger seat that would look great as my driver side seat. Has anyone tried converting a passenger seat into a driver side? Could it be done? I figure the seats are almost identical perhaps I can make the driver side seat match my current passenger side one.

Just an idea, think it can be done without too much trouble?

I don't think it would be too much of a problem. The main thing to worry about is getting the seat belt receiver mounted to the other side of the seat. Other than that, I would think they'd be identical.
