She looks soooo much better now! Next mod (hopefully) will be the exhaust. If not that, than pullies. Eventually, I want to get a supercharger with 16psi of boast...

Pics don't work for me either.

Also....16 pounds of boast should be free.

When I could afford a supercharger i'd be able to afford whatever else i need... I'm debating on if I want to spend too much on pref. parts b/c I might want to keep this car as a collectors item.

A friend told me his '84 5.0 is worth 9k right now and after he fixes it up he could get about 15k. So in 10 years, my car might be worth close to what I originally paid. Maybe I should keep the original wheels then, rather than selling them...

Nah dude.......our cars aren't gonna go up in value anytime soon. Cobras and Machs might but not a GT/V6.........a Bullitt might, but it is a stretch in my opinion(I'm sure Bullitt owners would disagree with me though).

People will price them there, but they're not worth it. I went on www.kbb.com and did a search on a 1986 Mustang GT: 1 mile, premium wheels, CD player, Excellent condition. The value was under 2K. The site didn't have 1984, but they have the same body style. Even the SVO is worth under 6.5K. Of course will people PAY more...yes, but are they worth more....no.

Your friend's 84 might sell fairly high mainly because it is a Fox Body and the shell is so light it's good for racing. Your friend might put 15K into his car, but I doubt he'll see a return that high on his car. Of course only time will tell, and the market(or maybe the lack of a market of old Stangs).
