How to install a Header Panel?
My teenager had her licence for two weeks before she wrecked our '98 Mustang. She broke both the headlight, the header panel, cracked the hood and lost the pony.
My question is does anyone know how to take off the bumper, lights and header panel? What tools will I need?

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that! I'm assuming that she's okay, which is the most important thing.
You might want to get your hands on a Haynes manual, they quite literally show you how to strip your car all the way down and build it back up.
