Eh, I dont think I'd chance it honestly. I'd rather pay the extra to get one done by a company that does them professionally in thier machine shops.

I can jsut think of so many things going wrong and thats the ONE MAIN part of your car you do not want failing.

Carry a ratchet set around with you at all times, and if you see someone with drilled rotors pop their wheel off, and make a stencil. Bodda bing, Bodda boom there you go.

I wish you luck finding what you need. I guess I just haven't driven my car enough to see the need for that.

just enlarge a picture to actual size, tape it onto your rotors and bring out the powerdrill!!!

But seriously.. this strikes me as a very un good idea... on brakes its well worth the cost to have good safe parts

Drilling your rotors are not a very good idea because they are already heat treated and risk cracking when drilled after treatment. Drilled rotors are treated after drilling, it's not worth the risk. Spend a little now and save alot later.

Another issue is that there is no standard for the dimensions, number or placement of the internal cooling fins on the front rotors--as such there can be no "one size filts all" drilling pattern.

Cross-drilling is just eyewash anyway--this is a very good article about disk brakes...
