Help needed . . . lower control arm/spring install

Hey guys I'm trying to remove my rear lower control arm bolt but I can't get it to come out . . . i've got the nut off but the bolt no matter what I do won't come out. I've tried jacking up/lowering different parts of the suspension while hammering on the bolt but having no luck. What am I doing wrong???

It's my 99 v6 BTW - all factory v6 suspension at this point only exception is an 8.8 rear. I've got the new upper control arms installed and the old shocks off. Just trying to swap the control arms and springs now . . .

Try spraying the bolt and opening with some penetrating oil like pb blast sometimes the bolts get seized

I ended up cutting the lower control arm in half then released the springs. Once all the tension was off I still have had no luck getting the bolt out. I sprayed with PB Blaster and am calling it a night. Hopefully tomorrow I can get them out . . . if not I may just try taking a cutting wheel/grinder to the bolts.

This is a mustang that's been through at least 7 or 8 winters so it's nice and rusty underneath. That being said I still feel like this is a lot more trouble than it should be.
