Help on dianosis...

Whenever I turn my wheel, I hear a nice long SQUEEEEEEEEK during the action. I was told this is bad ball joints. I want to make sure before I take the time to replace them and still have the problem occur.

Any help is appriciated.

Has your car been sitting for a while? Once I started driving mine it did that, but now it works/sounds fine...

It's a daily driver, is does it no matter the weather, or how long I've been driving. It does make the noise mostly when I turn the wheel to the right (passenger's side), maybe that will help...?

Last time I had the same thing (squeek on turning) the steering rack was replaced. Sounds like it could be from several different sources though.
