Is this a good deal?

What do you guys think? I'm almost set on trading my '03 V6 for an '04 GT.

Here's the GT.

I'm not big on the price of the GT, considering its mileage, but I'm not a really good price negotiator either. I'm getting $5000 for my car so I'd have to put down $4453.02 in my own money for the rest (according to the dealer). I'm not sure if this is a good deal or not. According to my family it's a bad deal (I really got an earful from my grandmum) and my friend also thinks I'm being ripped off. I really want the GT, but I'm having second thoughts with the price.

My V6 has almost 67,000 miles and is in great shape apart from a minor blemish on the front bumper.

Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

1st of all, the dealer selling that GT made a little error, they have the car advertised as an '03 but it IS an '04 like you said.
Regardless, It's a great price in my opinion. 74k on an '04 is not bad at all. And they list the carfax showing it was a '1 owner' wich is a plus. Good deal IMO.

The paperwork all says it's an '03, but it has '04 badges. I mean, I suppose the last owned could've put those badges on, but I don't see why personally. So my car is facing an identity crisis apparently. It looks like an '04 but the paperwork says '03.

Nah, the price included everything from what I remember.

i didnt see it, but if it's in good shape, that's not a bad price, depending on it's condition.

my 04 GT with 74k ran 10.5 a year ago
