Full Size Spare?
What is the biggest tire diameter that can fit in the cut out in the trunk? I had the joy of getting a flat a couple weeks ago, and I finally realized why the Cobras had a larger spare... It literally doesn't fit over the brakes in the front or the back. I was hoping I can buy a full size spare so that if I ever do have an issue again I can just throw the whole thing on rather than worrying about size/fitment/anything and I freaking hate the black donut. So anyone out there running with a full size spare in the trunk cut out?

The spare is 17" not 18" like the rest of the wheels. I'll check the tire size on it when I get home later.
The tire is not as large as stock size. Guys hav said if you get a flat on back to pull the front wheel and put it on back and not the spare because the spare is smaller and would ruin rear differential.

Yeah, I just saw the same thing. Huge pain in the butt to move everything around that much on the side of the road... It's actually a 98 Cobra wheel. I'm surprised it even works on the front over the Brembo's.

So from what I found using a tire size chart, my tires right now are smaller than stock by a 10th of an inch due to my sidewall ratio of 35 instead of 45. I don't think there would be any issue using a 245/45/17 on any corner due to them being so close in size. What do you guys think?

I don't think it's a problem.

275/35/18 all around. I did have 295's in the rear until they both decided to become screw-magnets. Once they were screwed -literally- I decided being able to rotate my tires would be a good idea so I got two more 275/35/18's. I guess that I could grab another 275/35/18... They are just so freaking huge and heavy to put in the trunk.
