That's not the real concept...but very nicely done custom...I have that issue of Modified Mustangs that it was featured in.

I think Brad posted about this car before. IIRC it took the guy ten years or so to make the car, and its not fiberglass or anything, all the body panels are metal. Gotta admire his drive lol.. well and his ride

The engine compartment looks CF. You sure it's all metal?
What's with the exhaust though?
