mine sure as hell doesnt have the perfect drivers seat! I badly need to have the base redone and add more padding to it.

I agree 100% on the shifter, getting an MGW sometime soon. Also I think I need a new clutch quadrant or somthing, I hate the clutch on this, doesn't disengage until the floor almost, I tried doing the self adjustment that ford says but it doesn't help. Need to do somthing to get the clutch engagment point much higher.

I can't keep it stock but I will be keeping all the stock parts. So far I have done a couple things for free.

Took off the pulley cover, air silencer and the hood blanket.
Lol at the clutch its the same with my bullitt did you try adjusting it from underneath the car. +1 to the air silencer and Hood blanket

clutch quadrant, adjuster, and cable kits are apparently a glorious replacement, and aren't too much $$

I could give a lot of advise about your cobra but the best online resource if you own a cobra is SVTP. Honestly you don't have to even ask questions, just search threads. Just about every issue and upgrade has been covered over there.

Yep, I am a member there and use it as a resource, the Mustang Source is like my "home" of mustang forums so I am more active here with all the great members.

some videos, sorry not the best audio quality.

edit: some reason youtube doesn't like mp4 file format, you'd think someone as big as youtube could accept any video format. You can still watch on photobucket.

Wow! I didn't realize the blower was that loud stock. I've seen tons of modded Termis on youtube sound like that but I thought it was due to mods.
