Bigger cupholders?
Hey guys, I have a '98 GT Convertible and the cupholders are completely worthless. I literally can't put any drink of any size in them without it tipping over. They are so shallow that a bottle of water just falls right out of them. I've looked up solutions but haven't found anything. Anyone here happen to have any suggestions?

The was a recent thread about this which prompted me to buy some from ultimatecupholders.com. They kind of clip under the center console and sit on the floor by the passenger's left and/or the driver's right. It was kind of an impulsive buy and it turns out they work great. Being my car is a manual, cups were always in the way before I bought these. Also, S197's have that false bottom built into the rear cup holder which can be removed for more depth, not sure if your car has these. Good luck.

You could also IIRC swap in a 04' centere console unit that has the cup holders built in, mine are plunty big for most drinks with the insert removed, Mine is a manual set up, but if you go to my build thread I should have pics of what is in mine, that should fit your car....
