The door sill just pulls straight up. It just has small metal clips that hold it down. Just put your finger tips along the inside edge of the trim piece and the carpet, then pull up. They flex alot so dont worry that its going to break. THey are pretty tough.

they are usually one of the few interior pieces that dont break easily.Also, just a tip here, but dont run your amp power wire and rca's/ amp speaker inputs right next to each other.
