I assume you test drove it?? Used car test drive should be at least 15 to 20 minutes and you should always run it through all gears. The other stuff should have been noticed before you made the deal to buy the car. Does it grind going into 3rd or when it is in third? The gauge lights could be a problem for sure. Did you check all the fuses? I would dobt the dealership would take it back.
Since it was purchased from a Dealer they do have an obligation to do a proper inspection on the car... I know here in Maryland that the reverse lamp and interior guage lighting would not fly...I think you have some leverage there and those things should have Been addressed before being sold... As far as the grinding in 3rd gear and the tint... I think thats on you... Like stated above a test drive is the time to find those issues...Never hurts to try and negotiate though! Good Luck
If you didn't get a written warranty from them, it's a used car, as is. They don't have any obligation to fix it, but you can always ask. To be honest, all the things you mentioned are minor, except for the gear grind and I don't see why you didn't notice those things before you made the deal.

The only real issue I would be concerned about is the grinding. When does it happen? Is it only when going into 3rd? How does the clutch feel? Are you having to push it all the way to engage or just a little? It could be just the clutch needs to be replaced or there could be gear damage. Either way it's still going to be a costly repair. The other issues sound like a simple fix and can be expected with a used car. Did they give you a 3 day return period or something like that?
I had on 02, very notchy shifter and I would get a grind every now and then. Just the nature of that car. Btw, I was 2nd owner of it bought at 15k miles and had those issues till the day I traded it @ 46k.

most states have a few couple hundred miles warranty the dealers have to cover thigns during.. google the laws in your state. Then call and ask the sale person to speak with the GM.
1.grinds in 3rd gear - ask them to check it out
2.messed up tint - you can get that fixed for a little cash
3.reverse light was out - that is a safty issue and should of never passed
4.missing hubcap - even base gt's had alloy wheels. you can still buy a take off set for like $200. lots of times with tires.
5.no spear tire - that also might be a state safty thing. you can ebay a set for $25.
6.lights on speedometer and all the gages are out - That is also a huge safty thing!
7.no alarm - they really cannot add alarm to every used car they sell. Its not a safty thign and I dont see them making money off of it. Most places install viper unites for $150-200.

If it's a reputable dealership (and even if it's not) they are REQUIRED to NOT sell you a broken car OUT THE DOOR.
These are caps for a reason. It is pretty much a safety issue if they *knowingly* sell you a broken car. And here's why:
1) Grinding in 3rd gear may indicate a transmission that is potentially going to fail, and this is a safety issue. It should not go out the door with this problem, period.
3) Reverse lights are required safety items, and it should also not go out the door with this issue.
6) Non-illuminated safety equipment at night is an issue, and it should not go out the door either.
The spare tire issue... meh. Dunno if it's state required or not. If it is, they owe you.
IF, I repeat, IF the car was sold to you IN THIS CONDITION, AND YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT, they are obligated to fix it, because there are laws against selling you a car without your express, signed consent. They are also obligated to simply refund you the entire purchase if you desire. This of course is where your signature stating such was obtained during your time finance department, so you 'knew' about these issues out the door.
HOWEVER, since the car is now sold, and being titled, it is likely you are now up a creek, because all they have to say is "it was fine when it left."
The other items on your list are not safety related and are "oh wells." You get to fix them yourself. The tint included, all you have to do is rip it off, clean the glue, and you have a functional window, which is all that's required.
The only thing you can do is complain, and hope they fix some of it. This is why buying a very used (5year+) car is a gamble, and you should NEVER sign out of desperation, whether it's time or desire, for any car deal. It causes these issues, and/or buyer's remorse. Never buy a car in desperation. Ever.
---
Having said all that... Why did you buy this car without driving it and checking it out in the first place? Because honestly? That's the only way I can see how you got duped.
I'm sure I don't know enough details, but... really. That's a large amount of wrong for that car, and I'm having a struggle believing you actually drove off with it like that. Pricing sounds right with the taxes and such though, goin' off KBB.
