yea but his son who is 16 is soon going to be getting it. and since he'll be driving it alot he probably wont want the MPG that 4.10's give you.

i saw a video where a guy had 4.10's in his 01 gt and at 70 in 5th he was running ~2100 RPM's. which is too much for a teen that can hardly buy gas for the car lol.

I paused the video at 70mph and it read 2400rpm.

But my gt was always exactly 2000rpm at 70mph. did the t45 and the tr-3650 have the same 5th gear ratio?

T-45
1 - 3.37
2 - 1.99
3 - 1.33
4 - 1.00
5 - 0.67

T-3650
1 - 3.38
2 - 2.00
3 - 1.32
4 - 1.00
5 - 0.68

2003-2004 Mach T-3650's have a 0.62 5th gear. (I am not sure about 2005+ Mustang 3650's 5th gear.)
