I would like to convert my black cloth to red leather. Any ideas on where I might go to possibly save a buck or two in the process?

 

You could try www.newtakeoff.com although the last time I looked, they only had charcoal.

 

Do a search on Ebay, I saw some last week and I thought about it myself.
I think they want $650 for the whole interior.
