Just to be clear the 500 system has:

- two 8" subs in the doors
- 5x7 or 6x8 in the rear deck
- and some type of component speaker up front above the subs
- an amp running the subs and the other speakers run off the stock head unit.

now the question i have is what are the sizes for the speakers up front? and are 5x7 and 6x8 are the same size?

 

same size as rear and they are trash too

 

lol, yeah i've been seeing the same response about the shaker system. so i'm probably just going to do like i always do and replace everything. just needed to know the measurements.

 

They are 5" components mounted on a 5x7 frame. Basically a plate-mounted component set.
