Did anyone notice the steering wheel in the new Shelby? I have Dark Charcoal Leather without IUP, and the perferated leather wheel in the show car would be PERFECT! I wasn't disapointed that I couldn't get the IUP, because I didn't care for all the aluminum, but the basic steering wheel feels kinda cheap.

I would buy that Shelby steering wheel (with my Pony airbag) in a N.Y. Second!

If anyone knows who makes them for SVT.....

 

Sounds expensive, and it's illegal to tamper with an airbag.

 

I would have the dealer install it. Looks like the same steering wheel...just covered differently.

 

Ford used to offer the old FR500 Steering wheel, so maybe they will do the same later.

 

that's what I'm guessing too... I'm also guessing it a bit thicker....
