Seatbelts

The position of my seat is all the way back, and even so I still have a hard time reaching the seatbelt since it's so far back on the pillar. How do shorter people reach the seatbelt?

I just noticed that on my 08 rental Mustang, there is a hanger or bracket that makes it easier to reach the seatbelt.

Where could I get one of those?

My 06 has these straps on the side of both seats to hold the seatbelt. They help, especially when the seat is pushed forward.
