Rubber floor mats

I know there's a thread somewhere concerning this, but I can't find it....

I'm looking to put rubber floor mats in my Mustang before winter hits, just in case I *have* to drive it in the snow. I'd rather all the slushy nastiness that sticks to my boots get trapped in a rubber mat than in my clean carpet. Does anyone know a good place to buy a set (front only)?

Local Ford dealership quoted me $77.26 for a set of 4 (front/rear), they wouldn't sell me front only.

If you don't mind aftermarket mats Weathertech makes nice ones: http://www.weathertech.com/store/veh...pt_choice_id=0

As far as I know the Ford accessory rubber mats are only sold as a complete front/rear set.

I have the rubber Weather Tech with the red trim and they have worked well for me. The foot pad areas have high ridges which trap dirt, water, etc.

I almost bit the bullet and shelled out $70 for the weathertech when I came across a nice set of mats at a local "evilmart". They are similar to weathertech and OEM rubber mats. They are made in the USA, have a nice Ford logo on them and cost $12. The one for the driver side is not a perfect fit - I had to pull it forward a bit and this left about an inch of uncovered space in front of my seat. However dirt never gets there and for $12 it is an option. If you want PM me and I'll try to find the SKU for the mats.

Probably best price for Floor mats on the net is from Kevin Casey of Clevparts.
