Removing Center Console Peices

Just wanted to know if anyone has some detailed pics on how to remove the plastic bars on the console so you can get to the stereo...I do not want to break anything...even detailed instructions will do

Are you talking about the two pieces to either side of the stereo? If so, just grab them and pull straight back toward the armrest. They just pop off and on.

yeah i was talking about the ones on either side of the stereo...but i see it is alot to change out the radio...not like the old school stangs

Nah, it only takes 5-10 minutes to do it after the first try. Just remember to plug in those ****ed A/C harnesses. I have forgotten mine TWICE now. ARRRRGGH.

Actually, that 2nd PDF is inaccurate, at least for my '06. The climate controls are attached to the bezel itself, hence my comment above about the harnesses. They're really annoying if you haven't messed with them.
