They're nice quality, but I'm disappointed at how much smaller than the factory mats they are. I'll probably put the originals back in until Spring.

Sure do. It's 5R3Z-6313300-BAA for the Ebony.

Barry, I've seen some in the dealer catalog that have script lettering 'Mustang' down the side, instead of the Pony. B) I don't know if the mats are exactly the same dimension, but I kinda like the script lettering.....

Kevin, I was expecting to receive mats with the Mustang name, but I think the script logo pictured in the accessories catalog and online are for the '04 and earlier models. I've seen them on eBay, and the shape is different than the floor of the '05.

As far as I know, these with the Pony emblem are the only carpeted mats offered for 2005.

Hmmmmm, I see what you mean about the script 'Mustang' mats Barry. I just saw the picture in the dealer parts catalog, and they look like what you have pictured (embroidering), but the parts guy said they are '05 mats. Now I am definitely curious what he was talking about, so I have to go there tomorrow anyway, so I am going to stop in and get a finer look with alot more questions on the fit.

I wish they would make some mats that cover the area over the dead-pedal and under the accelerator where the dirt actually accumulates.

The script Mustang mats are what I ordered for the GT. They look completely different than the set Barjon received. They were Part#13300. They look like the 10:02 a.m. post by Barjon. I received them a week or so ago. Very nice!

Paul, they're all part #13300. It's the numbers before and after 13300 that specify style/year/color, etc.

If you get a chance, I'd like to see pics of how those script mats fit in your car.

Will do, if it ever stops raining here! (Don't worry, I know we don't have that bad of weather even when it's at it's worst). If it clears up some I'll get pics up tomorrow.

Paul - I'd like to see them too - I ordered mats earlier today and am wondering which ones I'm going to get - I do prefer the script ones - do they fit well in your '05 - are the actually made for the '05 or are they last years mats that fit OK?

Barry - the red led above your headlight switch - is that the factory "Active Alarm" option?

thx - brad

PS Paul I'm in 1000 Oaks and we have been getting pounded by rain for several weeks now - ever since I bought my Stang (12/31) I haven't had the chance to drive it on dry pavement or wash/wax yet - driving me nuts!!

Brad, that's a dealer-installed alarm system light. My car was actually the dealer's first order for stock, and came with every option except for the Shaker 1000 which I didn't need (the Shaker 500 is just fine for me) and the factory alarm, which I did want. But instead of placing another order and playing the waiting game, I had them install an aftermarket alarm system and took the car home as soon as it arrived back in October.

I'll wish for sunny skies real soon for you guys out in CA!

I picked up my GT on 11-15, so I at least got to drive it (actually 1800 miles), before the storms hit us. Like I said, we are both lucky we don't have to store our cars for the winter like many do. It would be like waiting for delivery all over again, plus a month! The mats fit fine by the way.

O.K., no real sunshine yet, so charcoal mats on charcoal carpet may be difficult to see. But we shall try!

Barry - thanks for the info on the alarm and Paul those mats look like they were made for the '05? I hope that's what I get - I like the script much better.
