Got this installed on my 2006 w/ Shaker 1000 and all works well (thanks STL-GT). Camera works fine (TacoBill has a great write-up on this subject).
Have a manual and never have had issues with screen and shifter hitting (when screen down of course)... not sure about automatics, but don't see them having any issues either.

 

 

So do the apps work on it?

 

You can hook up a backup camera to it. That should work fine, tho I haven't done it. Not sure on MotionX, but streaming Pandora to it works great.

 

Yea the pandora is great but i can not get pics from my iphone or vid from my cell

 

I installed this head unit with the sirius option a few months ago and I really like it.
This weekend I made it 100 percent better by adding the boss 302 steering wheel with the radio controls. It works 100 percent and looks great too.
