Pie whine?

Pie whine?

anyone else get engine whine with there PIE adaptor? It sounds like i have a bad ground but i checked and rechecked them... normally it doesnt sound with the engine but today i noiced the whine getting louder with the higher RPM's

any help?

i tried a fround loup insulator from radioshack and it didnt seem to get rid of it... normaly the whine does not follow the rpms but the other day it was a lot...
