i got the visor model...its awesome

i used the included mounting bracket and 3 of the 4 suction cups provided...the front edge of the bracket is slid under the headliner

yes i know its upside down, however the display flips so its right side up (and the remote sensor is now on the bottom so the remote works...it needs a direct line of sight)

all the wires are hidden

right now it broadcasts via FM (built in) i am hovering over the "Order" button on the PIE adapter tho

That upside down deal freaked me out.

After your explanation I'm feeling better.

I installed an XM Commander a while back and thought about putting it up there. I do alot of channel surfing and I decided that the remote wasn't all that great and I was too lazy to reach up. So I put it where I wouldn't have to reach at all.

I was just looking at the same unit on Crutchfield. Couple questions. How did you wire the unit? Where is the antenna? Easy/Hard to install? FM works well?
