OK, after much debate . I have chosen to go with #1 in BLACK with the colored tribar pony. I think it matches the steering wheel , and pony power plug I have, plus I have the '68 tri bar pony on the dash, so it all makes up the "retro" feel of the car.

I called www.50resto.com, and they have them, but are back ordered for 2 weeks, so I call CJ pony Parts, they have them IN STOCK and ready to ship , and about $20 cheaper then 50resto.

So I ordered them from CJPony Parts. $77.00, shipped today, will be here in 7-10 business days.

Thanks to everyone for their comments, I think these will work out great. For now, I only plan on using the front ones for shows, so I wont worry about stepping on the pony.

Thanks again to everyone.

NOTE::: I noticed while shopping, there are a lot of folks out there saying they are for a 2005, but the shape and style is very different then the authentic ones, and much thinner. So please shop carefully and make the right choice, there are a lot of them out there.

Peace!

Thanks Chuck!!

I actually plan on updating my site tonight as I have done a couple of other things such as painted my calipers red and added a little chrome in the interior. I hope to get my blackout panel in today. Still debating though if I want to put it on or not.

Anyways, I appreciate the kind words.

David
The blackout panel is a tough decision. I've liked it in the pictures that have been posted here, but I'm not sure if I would actually do it to my car.

Looking forward to seeing your pix!

Great choice. They will make your car look even better which, at this point, is pretty tough!

Enjoy (but watch your feet!)

I'm tuning in late but would vote for #1 and I think I'll be getting some for myself from CJ Pony Parts...I've been going back and forth for a week but now that my ride is actually here it is time!!! I think it will be cool to match the tribar Pony on the steering wheel!!

Your ride is looking good!!!

Does #1 (with the tri-bar pony) have holes for the retention hook? I noticed that Ponygirl's pictures don't show a hole for the retention hook, have they added them?

yes, the ones I am getting should have the hole for the retention hook. If not, no big deal , since I am only using these right now for the summer shows, then it wont matter much.

Just got my mats in from CJ Pony. I have to say the shipping was lightning fast, the mats are AMAZING...I love the embrordery and the thickness of the mat, and YES, it does have the retention hole for the drivers side mat. The Black matches perfect with the car!!

CJ Pony ROCKS,,,,,,,,,,I love them.................Thank you to everyone, there is no doubt I made the right decision!!!!

I also would pick #2.

And the one on the right looks more like the '05 mats. But I could be wrong.
