I took my GT in yesterday to have the 6-guage cluster installed, and it's supposed to be done tomorrow. However, today Kevin called me and said that another guy popped out the switch assembly on his GT convertible and the wiring WASN'T THERE. The car Kevin had it done on was one built around Thanksgiving, so I'm afraid Ford changed things since then.

Maybe it's nothing, but now I'm worried that I just bought a 6-guage intrument cluster for nothing.

I just ordered my My Color...have to see what happens I guess. Keep us posted...when did you get your car? Wondering about your build date versus the others that have had successfull installation with no harness issues.

I got my car on March 26th and it had been at the dealership for at least 2 weeks before I bought it. So I guess it's build date was sometime in February.

I picked up my car end of December...so I hope that means I will have the correct wiring harness to convert over with no problems. I guess I won't know for sure until the cluster arrives and the dealer gives it a shot.
