As the title says I have no sound coming from my speaker on the drivers side... I have the shaker 500 and replaced the speakers about 3 years ago with Kappa's and have had no problems to this date. I checked the seat selection and makes no difference on any seating plan. Checked Balance and fade and again nothing. Any of you audio guys have any idea what to look for ?? I don't want to replace the shaker.

It is just the door speaker on the bottom or is it the entire left side (front and back?). If it's just the door speaker, I guess I'd say start with checking all of your connections. Start with the connections to the speaker itself. then fiddle with the connections on the back of the headunit. In my old car, my speaker connection would always fall out until I bent it alittle to make the friction fit tigheter. I'd be really surprised if it was the headunit for just one speaker.
