New photo's with a major change
Prolly cuz they wouldnt touch them, either in the doors or seats. Makes sense, if they are not certified to work on airbags.
Turns out my car doesnt have air bags, that I had wanted. But, I am glad now that hubby made the mistake in the order, cuz now I can get my seats!

Not to be a downer, just my honest opinion.
Kathy is in bed, the computer is mine...MMMMMWWWWAAAAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Anyway, if you go to the following link it's the SEMA Recap on the Classic Soft Trim site. This link requires Flash Player. If you scroll down just a bit you will see a row of squares and below that, four rows of squares. If you put your cursor on the square it will show the photo, click on it and it will bring that photo up in the upper area of the page.
In the lower four rows, the last three pictures in the top row is where we saw the interior we ended up getting. In the second row, just right of center, is a red Roush with a different style red and black interior.

The company is Classic Soft Trim and we found them on the net by searching for custom interior companies. They have shops all over the US. The one we used is in Merriam, Ks. It cost us under a grand but we dropped a name and they gave us a bit of a break. Don't know what the regular cost would be. They had it done in under 8 hours. The only difference is they were not able to do the door inserts like the one at the car show. They took the door off and found the material on the door was heat sealed at the factory, basically melted into the form, so they couldn't replace it. They contacted the guy that did the Westrenz car and they were told they car has been back in 3 times due to the door trim. They just laid it over the existing trim and tucked it into the crease. As the leather shrunk it pulled out. We are working on how to get the yellow door inserts. You would not believe the difference that makes in the car, the photos are sharp but unless you see it in person..........

We hadn't considered that but we were out in it earlier and it was working properly.
are you guys pretty near/in KC then? I'd like to try to get a KC gathering of TMS-ers sometime (after i get my car!) Kansas City Tim is near our neck of the woods (Shawnee Mission) and i know i've seen others around here
I like it and all,but will some of the creases (really shows in the yellow)go away over time? The photo of the original (where you got idea) doesn't seem to show the same creases...
