That is why they say this site makes you spend money.

But at least you see what you are getting first.

Do they sell them in a paint ready version? or would I just be better off taking out the stock dash parts and having them painted.

So does anyone think that the carbon fiber would look ok?

If you ripped out all of the seats Put in a roll cage and sprayed your car grey primer, Then, Only Then, would carbon fiber look good. IMO.

On a serious note: I am curious about your interior colors, Your combo might look ok.

Some people think this actually looks good?
That has got to be one of the worst mods ever on a Mustang, and that steering wheel cover is awful as well. :nono:
:flame2: If you put cheap mods and material into your car, then guess what?...It's going to look cheap! :notnice:

Ok sorry for the huge flame but seems kinda rice to me

I have steering wheel cover too. It must be my sweat. But every steering wheel that I have had starts to deteriorate in the places where I hold it. I would rather have the look of a cover that the look of a steering wheel that is falling apart.

Kluski that's why they make driving gloves - dude!! JK - I have found that treating the leather steering wheel with Lexol leather conditioner helps to keep it supple and from deteriorating....my LS wheel was almost like brand new after 3 years of my gorilla grip

And some company must make a decent looking leather steering wheel wrap - so the interior doesn't begin to take on that cheesy PepBoys/Kragen's "hop up accessory" look?

If you want a really nice steering wheelcover, I recommend the wheelskins product.

Wheelskins

It is a very good product and feels/fits nice. I have one on my SHO.

Wheelskins also have some nice leather driving gloves for about 40 to 50 bucks.

I dp not like my steering wheel at all. The design does not work well with covers at all. Until there is an aftermarket steering wheel? I do not plan on buying any serious cover for my steering wheel. Ford has a chance to redo the ugly steering wheel in later models. Hear that FORD? :notnice:

I agree with you completely 38special. This has to be one of the worst steering wheels. I did purchase a wheelskin leather wrap for my mustang and it has helped.

Like I said, I will resist the wheelskin cover until I see if the 06 has a differnt front wheel. But it is nice to see that I am not alone in hating the steering wheel, Kevin-6. :bang:

I took pictures today & will pick them up tomorrow. Hope they turn out & I can scan them onto my PC to put here. I went with the Burlwood for the armrest window controls, around the door handles, the light switch, center console shifter & cup holder area, inside the stereo & AC *****, but I left the face plate off the radio & kept it black. I have a Satin Nickle strip going down the left & right of the radio console area. Took it to my dealer to show him & he called out the rest of the salesmen to look at it. They loved it. It doesn't look gawdy at all in person. It maintains a sporty with classy (not luxury car) touch, IMO.Also put a scripted "Mustang" emblem on the dash above the glove compartment. So pleased with my choices & the results.

With my all dark interior, I think these look swell. They are a tad darker than the picture because of the flash.
I've seen these before, but it looks way better without the aluminum trim of the IUP. Just my opinion.

I know I promised pics before, just hope they turn out. I can only say that with my dark interior, the Aluminum & Burlwood actually compliment each other. But I know I'll either get a thumbs up or down when I post the pics. So far I've gotten thumbs up from people that have seen it in person.

OK. Here's what I did, but like Mark said in his the 1st post, they're darker & better looking in person, plus I had the sun to contend with & a 1 time use disposable camera. Sorry for the goofy angles & I missed part of the dash emblem darn it.
The rest of her can be seen in the Photo Of Yours thread.
