MGW Order Fill time?

How long does it normally take for MGW to fill your order? I placed it the middle of last week and still haven't been charged for it.

Most every time I've ordered from MGW it took about 1 week for them to fill my order. My last order from them was the emergency brake handle which was out of stock at the time I ordered it. I think I waited two weeks for that.

To the best of my recollection I don't remember them charging my credit card until they shipped the order.

hmmmm, thats strange for george.

usually when I ordered something from him, my order was filled within a day and the part was at my door in 2-3 days. I'd give George a call. I know he's a busy guy, doesnt hurt to give him a buzz, maybe the order was lost.

last time i ordered from them no charge to my card for three weeks, then I finally emailed them asking what the delay was and was told the cup holders were at the chrome platers and due in a few days. 2 more weeks and i cancelled my order.

For what it is worth, I ordered several parts from MGW early last week and received them about 3 days later.

I've ordered 2x from MGW. Both times I ordered over the net, waited a couple of days, and ended up having to call and find out what was going on. Both orders took well over a week to process and ship, them a couple of days in transit.

Their stuff is good, but in my experience don't expect them to be fast.

I'm still waiting on parts I ordered from MGW... ordered around a month ago. Someone called a week or so ago and said something about a part being out of stock, so the order is taking longer. Being that they woke me up, I don't remember exactly what they said.

I ordered most of the interior stuff a few weeks ago, most of the stuff got here within 2-3 days but the AC ***** are STILLLLLL not here. When I called last week I was told that they should be out this week, although I was told the same the week before last....

Good products for sure, i guess I just ordered at the wrong time

I ordered the E-brake handle, cupholder bezel and Oil fill cap the 8th of may. I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying they were still at the platers.

Just an update:

Tomorrow (6/19) will be the 1 month mark since I ordered, and I still haven't received anything. I received order confirmation the night of ordering. I really hope these things show up before my car does...

Wait a minute, no I don't.

Received my parts today. They look great as do all the other MGW parts I have. Just be patient, they'll get there.

I'm in the same boat. repeated phone calls and E-mails (those typically unanswered). Told the same things as you guys. I was waiting for a UPS# since I was told the A/C ***** were coming in and were shipping, a week and a half later and yet another unanswered E-mail and I finally called today.

Cupholders are now not in stock (tho were before). Platers had their equipment broken or something and are behind. So I cancelled my cupholder bezel (I do like it but I'll order it later when I can confirm it's going to ship) added the e-brake handle and radiator cap and told them to ship all my stuff out.

So if you're still waiting and have a cupholder bezel in there, that may be why. She did say that rest of the stuff was in stock, let's hope I'm not getting my 3rd story, I really do like the looks of that stuff more than any other ones out there.

It's too bad too because I ordered over 3 weeks ago with the intent of having it in my new car for a big local Mustang show on Saturday but alas my interior will be sadly just Iup'd.

What's worse is that I never received any calls or E-mails letting me know it was delayed and my card was charged back in May!

Update:

Ordered over a month ago. Still nothing. One phone call 2 weeks ago (after an unanswered e-mail), but thats it. I ordered MRT hood struts on Tuesday. They arrived on Thursday. If my order isn't on my doorstep by the time I drive my car home, I will be canceling my order. If they can't even keep me up to date as to *WHY* my order is taking over *ONE MONTH*, then they don't need my buisness.

Really tee's me off I got hood struts after 2 days, but can't get some **** satin A/C ***** in a month.
